Simply put, Bender is in favor of treating citizens as guilty until proven innocent, as are ALL others who support pre-sale identity checking for firearms

Got a couple of gaping holes in your logic there my friend .. the first one that comes to mind is .. what checks do you condone to determine if said gun buyer is a citizen in the first place?

Or should the only prerequisite for acquiring a gun be the ability to fog a mirror?

I believe buying guns should be like it was (in most of the US) for the first 170 odd years of its existence. You walk in, put your money down and walk out with what you paid for. Anything that involves a government permission to exercise a right is “infringement.” And my logic is just fine. Stop thinking like a slave.
