The President should just appoint all of his nominee’s by recess appointment as soon as the Senate goes on their monthly vacation.

Then, McConnell should tell the Dummies that he wants them all up for a vote of the full Senate or the Republicans will filibuster every single bill that comes before the Senate — no exceptions.

I don’t know if it would work, but it would sure be fun to watch the temper tantrum.
