It’s not that Black nor rodent. It’s majority White, actually. As of 2000, it was 62% White & 37% Black. It went for Kerry by 53-47% in ‘04 and for Musgrove over Barbour 62-36% in ‘03.

I travel thru the county at least twice a month. During the fall we hunt on rented farm property. The white folks must hide well.
