Irrespective whether the raid is ongoing, I hope that the Taliban does not watch CNN. If they do, then the hostages are dead, or will be shortly.

Well, this might be the case, but it shouldn’t have been on TV in the first place until the op was wrapped up one way or the other.

Some military officer trying to look big in front of western journalists was running off at the mouth.
