I occasionally play spelling police here when it's worth a chuckle. I just went back and checked my post and, in LETTERS TEN FEET TALL with FLASHING LIGHTS AND ARROWS, I spelled excellent with an 'a'. I checked my keyboard and no one moved anything so, for the first time in my life, I have made a spelling error. I have abused others in the same position so I guess I'll have to go and abuse myself.
