There have not been a lot of executions in the state. Joseph "Mad Dog" Taborsky and Arthur "Meatball" Culombe went on a killing spree in the 50s, robbing package stores and gas stations; then there was Michael Ross. Justice prevailed. This will drag on for years and years.

Agreed!

The fact that the statement I heard the other day, “...we might seek the death penalty...” says it all.

These guys were caught leaving the house in the family’s vehicle, tried to run the police barricade, and were caught.
This SHOULD be a very short trial.

The sentence? These two should be shackled and gagged, taken to a remote location where the men of this family (including extended family) are there to greet them. These men should each be supplied with the following: A baseball bat, a 2’ length of 1/2” iron pipe, an electrical generator, a set of jumper cables, and a dull, rusty kitchen knife.
