With the amount of power she has, she can do anything she wants to me no matter how I watch my back. The Clintons have proven that. You know what, we have soldiers facing the Islamofascists every day as they risk their lives to defend our freedom. What little I do is miniscule in comparison. If they can face the Islamofascists, I am not going to let Hillary scare me. You either, Sid.

This time, however, she will be confronted with 5 hours of home video and things she could not possibly fail to recall.
Either way, it's incompetence to not have recall of so much interaction and it's incompetent to pathologically lie about not recalling any of the many meetings and dialogs she had with Paul.
Apparently those don't disqualify a person from being a Senator. ..Leastwise until a large number of advertising dollars pay to get the story out to the general public. And if no media outlet will accept the advertisements then direct mail would be the likely option.
Frankly, I think talk radio is going to do it "for" Hillary. Perhaps Hillary could go on several talk-radio programs to ensure that she gets equal time on this issue.

Isn't this nice? Hillary remembered that Peter Paul attended the event. He attended the event. What a lying, manipulative witch.

Stooping Hillary should be a FreeRepublic Manhattan Project.Great analogy, DFU!

I spent quite a while last night reading the 2004 complaint and it was very interesting reading. Sure, I knew what despicable crooks they are, but reading this complaint was incredibly shocking. Hillary called boldfaced lying a “media strategy”.
If you haven’t read it yet and want to check it out it’s here.

David Kendall accepts service in the lawsuit on July 11, 2001. He is provided with bank statements, invoices, and receipts to document $1.6 mil. Nevertheless, Hillary allows her treasurer, Andrew Grossman, who was also served with the same info, to file the third fraudulent FEC report on July 30. All she had to do was file accurately, return the illegal donation, pay a fine, and David Rosen would have never faced criminal trial. She allowed him to face criminal charges after all the hard work he had done for her. That is so Clintonesque. Over and over again, we see that she will do absolutely anything for power.

I admit, I am probably the freeper least familiar with this story doug. I have a lot of catching up to do. But I have a question. It sounds like a lot is dependent on the home video being admissable. How certain are you that it will be?

In his response to the latest appellate brief, David Kendall mentioned the problem of taping without approval. The problem for Kendall and Hillary is that she was aware it was on speaker phone. There was no expectation of privacy. All of the other home video is certainly admissable.
