What is he talking about? According to their Web site, Planned Parenthood has 26 clinics in Illinois. Not all advertise abortion "services", but many of them advertise "birth control without pelvic exam", and they dispense the emergency contraception pill over-the-counter.

Maybe their real problem is that not many doctors want to work in abortion mills.
