3/11: More Hot Air (And More, And More...)
EL MUNDO - Libertad Digital ^ | 16 July 2007 | Casimiro GarcĂa-Abadillo

It has only been proved the link Morata-Backpack of Vallecas

There is No Evidence to Support the Official Version on the Activation of the Bombs Either

Ready for judgement the trial of 3/11, it is still not being credited what exploded in the trains. The chemical experts have only agreed among themselves in one thing: that the explosive cannot be determined. It is not possible to be credited either, because there is no evidence, that the SIM cards that allegedly were used as timers of the bombs, were activated near the mobile phone base station of Morata in the hours previous to 3/11. According to EL MUNDO newspaper’s revelations, there is certainty of the activation of only one of them: the one found in the mobile phone of the backpack of Vallecas.

(Libertad Digital) Casimiro Garcia-Abadillo denounces this Monday that there is no documentary evidence to support the Official Version on the activation of the seven SIM cards that supposedly served as timers in the bombs planted in the trains. In addition, he brings the attention on the contradictions of the [judicial] summary in relation to these cards. If the reports of the Central Unit of Intelligence (UCI) of the Police are taken into account, the cards were activated during the afternoon-night of March 9th, 2004. Nevertheless, the Central Unit of Foreign Information (UCIE) maintains that they were activated between the four and the seven hours of the afternoon of day March 10th. There is no documentary evidence to support any of those versions.

In the computer media contributed by the telephone company Amena, there is only evidence of the activation of one card: the one that appeared in the backpack of Vallecas. About the others, there is nothing, as the General Information Office [of the National Police] acknowledges in the summary: "it does not exist technical media to support those dates and periods". Thus responded the unit, controlled at that time by Telesforo Rubio, when [judge] Del Olmo requested an explanation, motivated by the contradictions between the [reports of the] UCI and the UCIE.

EL MUNDO recalls that, during the trial, two police experts also declared that "they had certainty only of the activation of the mobile phone with the [SIM] card of the backpack of Vallecas". They told, adds the newspaper, that they “understood that next to this identification came the others, carried out by the personnel of Amena. And where it is the documentary support, the electronic file, the technical certificate that proves it? We don’t have that information; acknowledged one of the police officers".

In spite of this, which was stated in the summary; the Office of the Public Prosecutor did not call to testify those unidentified employees of Amena, who took for granted that the seven [SIM] cards were activated in Morata.

In its editorial, EL MUNDO maintains that "the appearance of all this data rather corresponds with the idea that the police conclusions existed before the investigation began and that this latter one was not but a proceeding to give legal consistency to the accusations against some habitual suspects, transformed to presumed guilty. The problem of the Office of the Public Prosecutor is that the court will hardly be able to consider now like proven facts what actually does not belong but to the limb of the mere repeated-a-thousand-times conjectures".

--------------------------------------------

By J Aguilar,

Mere repeated-a-thousand-times conjectures…

…I cannot help to recall what had to say about that one of the hidden masters of so many European politicians and high rank officers:

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.

Joseph Goebbels, German Minister of Propaganda, 1933-1945

------------------

Well, what we have got here is another episode of the building of the Official Conspiracy Version -spread around the planet like a plague by the MSM- one of whose main components is the manipulated assignment of SIM cards, not only to individuals, as you could read in the last translation; but also to places.

According to such Version, within range of the mobile phone base station of Morata, seven mobile phones with their corresponding SIM cards were turned on hours before the attacks. One of them appeared after the attacks in a police precinct, among the belongings of the victims of one of the trains attacked, in a travel bag along with the Spanish explosive Goma-2 ECO and shrapnel, though unconnected to the detonator.

Its SIM card was linked to scapegoat #1, Jamal Zougam, who was the owner of a store that sold mobile phones. Moreover, near Morata had a house scapegoat #2, Jamal Ahmidan.

The Police had always said that had evidence about six other SIM cards, which belonged to the same batch as this first one, being registered at Morata mobile phone base station, and concluded that all seven were used in the attack.

Well, now in the trial it is shown there is no documentary evidence of the latter. The Police report simply said something that it is not proved, which seems to be a habit in this case.

Why is this so important? Because from the beginning of the investigations the backpack of Vallecas, actually the Travel Bag of Vallecas, the capital evidence in the 3/11 case, had clear sings of having been fabricated and planted in order to mislead the investigations and give, through the arrest of Jamal Zougam, the victory in the National Elections to the Socialist Party.

Now the Police says that the only SIM card which they can prove was activated in Morata is the one that was found in that bizarre artifact that wanted to look like an unexploded device, and it did not go off in one of the 12 real bombs that blew up trains. What a coincidence!!!

But this does not end here: Amena, the mobile phone company could not provide the moment when that miraculous, remaining SIM card was registered, because it did not make any call. Amena could only check whether that SIM card had been activated during a period of 72 hours before the query to its computer system.

Therefore, it is technically possible that the SIM card was activated near Morata mobile phone base station after the 3/11 attack took place in order to mix up Jamal Ahmidan in the plot. As Luis del Pino writes in his blog, there was a struggle in the morning of March 12th among Police units to keep that card. Finally, García-Castaño, chief of the UCAO, got it. Why such fight when, with the telephone number written on the card that appeared in the pictures taken by the EDU team was enough to ascertain the distribution channel it had followed? Why García-Castaño needed physically that SIM card, simply to contact Amena’s chief security officer, and former high rank police officer, José Domingo-Río, and ask him if it had ever been registered and where?

-----------------------------

For those of you that still think that such a plot simply cannot happen, I must recall two examples that occurred in the “Anglosaxon” world, that so much respects the law:

· In America, the Duke-Lacrosse case where adequate scapegoats were indicted without physical evidence, allegedly, to win an election, as in 3/11 case.

· In Australia, where the charges against a Muslim doctor were dropped last week. Those charges were based on a SIM card, and the police simply did not tell the truth.

It can happen. It has happened.

This might be related to the case. He allegedly participated in disinformation activities after the massacre was committed:

Spain Arrests Suspected Russian Double Agent

Spanish Secret Services usually don't make waves in such cases.
