It is? Show me where the deed is recorded in the President’s name. It is not the President’s house, it is the people’s house. In other words it belongs to me as much as it belongs to him. He is only allowed to stay there for four to eight years.

In fact, the part they seem to be talking about is the public part of the building, not the private residence, or the office building, where dress codes are acceptable.
