Here 's this sunday's Media Nuggets
###### Ratherism lives in CBS! -> CBS calls the President a liar. President Bush said that we are fighting al Qaeda in Iraq in January; he has said it more than 40 times since. There was no contradiction. CBS was wrong. CBS has deliberately chosen to mislead and misinform its viewers on the most vital issue of our time.
###### Nepotism, Tim Russert, and the Little Luke Russert.
###### Funny AP dictionary! -> When National Legal and Policy Center goes after a dem, it is "a conservative group" & if it goes after a Republican, it is "a government and ethics watchdog group."
###### MSM - Learn from BBC! -> BBC to teach its staffers honesty, all 16,000 of them are going to be sent to re-education camps.
###### AP Out-APs the AP AP analysis trips through looking glass.
###### NYTimes & Ann Coulter! NYTimes' top editor used a homophobic slur, the same for which Coulter was attacked, last month during it's well-lubricated office party. NYTimes launched an investigation.
###### Star-News Reporter Charged with DWI while he was investigating the drunken driving issues. N I C E.
###### Journalists Gone Wild along with Judiciary Committee Members and their dim-wittedness is exposed.
###### NYTimes is worried that President Bush talks about Faith in God while videoconferencing with Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki.
###### Suicide Watch! Washington Post Radio. Poor posties, they thought people would tune-in in droves to hear their daily Bush-smear. Turned-out, people not only rejected their Radio, their Paper-circulation also fell down from 4th place to 7nth.
###### Dump Watch! -> NBC from General Electric. GE looking for opportune time to dump prblematic NBC, says NBC's lead advertiser - NYTimes.
###### Rest in Peace! -> Vibe Vixen, the female counterpart to urban music and lifestyle magazine Vibe & Teen Vogue.
###### Tribune 2Q Earnings Fall ->59 Percent (Tribune is the parent company of the Chicago Tribune, LA Times).
B U Z Z .....
*** Fox's Congressional Producer Jim Mills is leaving Fox to become Fred Thompson's spokesman.
*** MSNBC' "The Scoop," columnist Jeannette Walls is out.
*** Say what? -> Former NBC Political Director Elizabeth Wilner has been named a member of the Commission on Presidential Debates.
Yes, just WHO ARE YOU ANYWAY?
you really do need another hour or two, minimum.
Perhaps you could get wgka to extend at least on the internet stream?
Acutally, yesterday I suggested that possibility should the Dems win the WH and a sufficient majority in Congress in '08.
If that happens...there should no longer be any doubt left in anyone’s mind that the Democrat Party is completely dedicated to destroying what this country has stood for over the last 232 years.
When I retire...that will sadly be the last time I pick up anything more than a home movie camera.
I refuse to do journalism outside the military. The lack of ethics and basic journalistic integrity outside the armed forces sickens me and I refuse to lower my standards.
Good thing I have a knack for sports play-by-play cause that’s the plan post military. :)
Think about it...if they can get SCOTUS rulings overturned...maybe even scare a couple of lower court justices into thinking they would get impeached for merely following what the Constitution says...there’s nothing that would stop them from it.
“Todays task is three dimensional chess in the dark.
What a great tag line

A good way to introduce what we face when we talk with people who have an Alce in Wonderland outlook on our future.
There is a Washington Compost article in the Austin Statesman today.
Poll: Increasing number say high court too far right
I thought the better title whould be:
Poll: Increasing number say high court often CORRECT
BTW, did you see this thread just above the Sunday show thread?
Just like they can't bring themselves to ask questions about the Dems concern over the Iraqi document "security leak" (when they have not had any problems with the scores of real intel leaks) or Rocky's trip to Syria or the McDermott/Bonior trip to Baghdad.
Too bad you don’t get the Pinky Inky (aka Phila. Inquirer). Might as well just called itself THE PHILADELPHIA WORKER.
Actually, it could all backfire on dems, big time. Conservative Judges naturally harden their stance on issues what we believe-in, even some liberal judges will get irritated when they sense somebody try to outmaneuver them.
Did you hear the caller from Texas (after the general was gone) who said he took a poll and 39 out of 40 respondents support President Bush? Scully said,” well, it depends on who you ask.” And the caller responded, “Exactly!!!”
I had just about the same thoughts. Talk about not fair and balanced. DUH! I won't waste any precious electricity this morning and let my TV in the OFF mode.
Wow....something like that in an Austin paper?
Whoda thunk it? LOL!
I mean this IS the same town that had protesters outside the Capitol building two hours after we started bombing Afghanistan.
Most of the people in Austin probably thing Justice Ginsberg isn’t far enough to the left.
Sad to say...but for the most part the Republicans have been cowed into a quivering mass of goo by the MSM. I wonder sometimes if they get permission from the reporter to answer the questions they’ve just been asked.
The Democrat's latest behaviors, feeling emboldened or acts of desperation?
