Hannity could be the key, if you can call in to his show and then get on his tv show just before she is scheduled to testify Hannity will jump on it like mad I would bet.

If you don’t have an inside number for his show, call the station(WABC) before the show starts and tell them what you have, they will take it from there.

I can almost guarantee they will put you on,but timing is critical make it just before she is due to testify.
