If they are successful at breaking the MSM silence, this thing will develop legs quickly. I watched the video. Who had this in their possession and why so long for its release?

In Peter's own case, the DOJ had confiscated all of his evidence and documents, including home videos. After a two-year battle with a US ATTY (who will be named in time), Peter finally got a word a few months ago that they were returning his possessions. They provided him a long list of videos that included on the inventory, 5-MINUTE CONFERENCE CALL, HILLARY CLINTON.

Peter believes that a low level aide in that office made a mistake by acknowledging that they had that film. When they sent Peter a shipment, it did not include that video. Unfortunately for them, they acknowledged possession of it, and Peter's attorney really leaned on them to provide it. It finally came a few weeks after the first shipment of materials.

What is particularly important, in addition to Hillary clearly showing participation and solicitation, is that this tape was withheld while official investigations were proceeding. The FEC was never shown this and the jury in the David Rosen trial was never shown it. Hillary had been cleared by the FEC while important evidence was withheld.

The Clintons have their true believers in every part of government. I believe that whoever was protecting Hillary at the DOJ blew it by releasing the tape to Peter. Hillary must have either forgotten about it or thought it would be hidden forever or destroyed.

I suspect that Hillary and her operatives will be striking hard at silencing such enemies of the state as Fox News and the blogosphere (us), in order to contain this; and that Hillary's repressionist agents in the "news" media will work quickly to break (figuratively?) any lasting "legs".
