He’ll probably make a movie about it and use it as propaganda about the so-called fascist state in which he chooses to live.

Subpoena? They should have handed him a one-way ticket.

Sounds to me like Moore hasn’t even seen the Subpoena himself. Think I’ll take this with a grain of salt till I see proof.

Deportation papers would be better.

Can you imagine how much it will cost the government to feed this thing if he goes to jail.
they would need a special appropriations bill...

My sister told me the story of a friend of hers who was a landlord in New York City. It is virtually impossible to evict anyone (legally). So what he would do is go to a stationery store, get some official looking stationery with gold seals and all and knock on the door. When the deadbeat tennant opened the door, he’d “serve” them with the papers and proceed to have his buddies throw their furniture and belongings on the sidewalk.
Once a tennant called the cops. The cops asked if he had a copy of a rent check, he answers, “I don’t pay rent”. The cops told him it was civil matter and departed.
I’m just wondering if some jokester didn’t pull a fast one on one of the fatman’s lackeys. ‘Sides, I thought a subpoena had to be served in person.

Anything Mikey says, writes or films has to be taken with a gigantic, Mikey Mooron-sized grain of salt. He’s probably just trying to gin up publicity for his latest bomb of a crockumentary yet again.

“Michael Moore told Jay Leno on Thursday that the Bush administration has served him with a subpoena”
No, the U. S. government served you a subpoena AHole!
Oh yeah, I forgot you think you are above the law. Go back to Canada if you don’t like the choices made by a majority of American voters.

Filmmaker Michael Moore told Jay Leno on Thursday that the Bush administration has served him with a subpoena for going to Cuba to film parts of his newest movie, "Sicko."
WRONG fat boy!! It's because of the illegal levels of nauseating, sulfurous flatulence you are spewing into the atmosphere. Your diet has placed you in violation of the Clean Air Act - Title I, Part A, Emissions. So shut your pie hole and get yourself some Beano.

What in the world was he served a subpoena for? For traveling to Cuba? I mean, lots of leftists have done that. Something really strange about this story.
I also find it interesting that he is claiming BUSH ADMINISTRATION did it. He actually thinks Bush ordered it?
In general this story is too vague to even know what is going on.

I’m sure it’s true that Moore is claiming this. But I call BS on the president having a subpoena drawn up.. Moore is obviously distraught at the failure of sicko and is grasping at straws.
