Been AWOL myself since coming back from our trip to Washington for a great family gathering in the park. Seventy-plus family and friends enjoying a picnic and sharing Sea Stories with one another.
Had four Navy, one Marine, one Air Force Vets present - and that was just the family members. Lots of others too.
Of course, I wore RED on Friday as I am today.

Am happy to hear you had another great family get-together in Washington. Yours is a big reunion - our summer family reunions in the Texas Hill Country (my favorite part of Texas) are about only about 40.
