Savage is driving me crazy flitting from topic to topic every 30 seconds, all of them interesting, making brief comments sounding as if he's going to expand on something before quickly jumping to something else.

Savage briefly talks about his father and his death, sounds like his father died young, first I've heard him talk abut this subject was hoping he expounded more on it, but Savage is quite ADD today.

Shamnesty is back!
Sen. Whorelan Sphincter, Rino Supreme is at it again.
“he’s floating a plan that would grant legal status to the nation’s 12 million illegal immigrants, but offer no path to citizenship. “It might be the equivalent of a green card,” Specter said “
(12 million. Tell me another one you lying scumbag!)

I don’t know, kinda hard to be sure someone beats you to a pulp but is just shy of killing you. This sounds like an innocent husband/father to me. Poor man.

Maybe that's why he has such a crusade going against ritalin, etc.!

I think he died around the age of 57.

If Savage had been a young kid in this day and time I'm sure his parents would've encountered intense pressure to dope up Savage on Ritalin. And there probably would be no Michael Savage as we know him today

As it is Savage alone proves that Ritalin is not necessary for someone to grow up and be a success, however Ritalin may be necessary to stunt 'individuality' something not conducive to the group-think being pushed on the malleable minds of our youth getting them ready for future totalitarian control.

Well that gives me 2 years left in this life, AND I still run, despite Savage’s intense ‘reservations’ on the matter.

" Rush is a Republican mouthpiece, as is Hannity, and no one listens to O’Reilly. While I’m at it, Matt Drudge should just not be on the air. His elitist, nasal drawl is no substitute for an interesting, passionate voice. This guy seems to be obsessed with weather and entertainment news. Taking that along with the gay rave, torch songs and new wave bumper music, I have serious, shall we say, concerns."

Funny, good find, D.C, the Savage trolls should have fun with that thread.

Running is very hard on the joints and skeletal system. Old runners are plagued by bad knees and such. Swimming provides the same cardiovascular workout but without the punishment on your frame.

“good find”
He had it up at his website and had just mentioned it on the show and I figured, what the heck, give the Savage Nation something to chew on and the Savage haters something to froth at the mouth at!

I'm black, blacks can't swim, just like white men and women can't jump, and blacks are good runners for the most part, but you're right I do feel it on my knees until I warm up, however I just strained a behind the knee ligament, somehow, on my last jog, just from stretching midstream during my run, unbelievable, so I had to walk (limp) 2 miles back home.

But that was 1 1/2 weeks ago and I can't wait to get back out there again this weekend. Actually I think I would enjoy swimming but I just can't get the mechanics down pat.

What about cycling? I don’t see any blacks in the Tour de France.

The way it’s going with all the doping on that tour, maybe Barry Bonds missed his calling.

The way Doc Savage is jumping around today and some of the stories he has mentioned, make me wonder if he isn’t surfing FR tonite!

If he is, someone tell him to stop it. His ADD is killing me!

Nice crack on Bonds, Peos, not sure why blacks don’t do cycling sports, maybe they’d rather just steal them, LOL (just kidding) the thing about cycling tho is you can’t really push the issue unless you’re out in the open field somewhere,

for the most part you can’t do it on the local park bike paths, I guess you could always join the local health club if you don’t mind paying 40-60 bucks a month while dodging crowds.
