I heard from a guy who knows a cab driver who once drove an Alabama grammar school teacher (now long dead) who taught Fred in 4th grade that Fred once called a classmate "icky." As is well known in some circles, the very use of the word "icky" suggests membership in the innermost circles of Council on Foreign Relations conspirators, international highway construction profiteers, sovereignty bashing unionists (possibly meaning even leadership in the AFL-CIO!!!! as a member of SAG!!!!!). Worst of all, he cannot be proven to be a member of the John Birch Society's conspiracy of the month club since he just NEVER indicates agreement with their top ten conspiracy theories.

On top of which, he can be elected without compromising on actual issues. What fun would that be when we could nominate Dr. Demento, the Bircher dream???

So your argument to legitimate points is to ramble on with inane nonsense? What troubles me the most about Thompson’s supporters on this board is their refusal to intelligently discuss his weaknesses and all candidates have their weaknesses. It is a fact that Thompson has voted for affirmative action in certain votes as a US Senator. Maybe you are a supporter of affirmative action, but it deeply troubles me.

I believe in closely examining all candidates and refuse to drink any Kool Aid.
