She was starting to rant and interrupt him as he was attempting to answer her first question. I thought he gave a good answer. She then tried to monopolize the conversation. I don't know what she was physically doing with her body, since the camera didn't show that, but that may have been a problem too. I give the handlers the benefit of the doubt (which is slim).
It's a common-sense thing. Ask your question, raise your issue, and be polite about it. Otherwise, people will conclude (correctly) that you're a nut. Political nuts who are trying to get in politicians' faces (as opposed to putting ads in newspapers or on the radio) can be dangerous. One of the danger signs is someone who exhibits social cluelessness. Such people have right to vote and speak, but no right to be disorderly. They sometimes need to be separated from the objects of their strange affections.
