Well, there's a lot of sentiment in the country, even the polls show it, for actually impeaching the president and the vice president.
Last I checked Bush's approval rating, as dismal as it is, was still 20 points or so higher than Congress's. So if Feingold wants to be intellectually consistent, he'd better impeach himself before he gets to impeaching Bush.

Yeah and President Bush is not running for relection. If I am not mistaken Senator Feinfool is up in 2010 for relection
