For all those berating the ethical aspect of vegetarianism, I'd point out that we all make ethical choices about what we'll eat. Humans are made by God out of meat, too, but few would eat one. Few would eat a chimp. Why? Because they are too highly evolved, and we don't want to kill them. Indians put cows in that category, as Americans do dogs and cats. Vegetarians draw the line at animals. What's so weird about that?
