When the Israelis attacked Lebanon during the Summer 2006 war, they bombed the south and Beyruth...
But also the Bekaa valley, which is not supposed to contain anything special...
Actually it is there where most of Saddam’s WMDs are supposed to have been stocked.

Saddam was not on good terms with the Saudis or Turks or Iranians and the Baathists ran both Iraq and Syria which they still control.
While WMD were not the sole reason we got involved there,
and all of the OTHER reasons, taken together, justified our actions in Iraq, the traitors in America and the Democrats - who are essentially the same thing - have zeroed in on this issue as a critical one regarding our involvement there.
Why on earth the administration hasn;t pursued this issue is beyond me, aside from their record ineptitude in communicating with the American public and on foreign policy matters.
