Macy's Pulls Potentially Offensive T-Shirt (Offensive to Hispanics)

Macy's department store is no longer selling a T-shirt that might offend some members of the Hispanic community.
According to Macy's, one of its goals is to provide an exclusive line of clothing geared toward Latina shoppers looking to express cultural identity through fashion.
However, one such item might have actually offended potential Hispanic customers, so the company pulled it during the weekend.
The T-shirt, which reads

Forgot to say: brown, in Spanish, translated as moreno or marena, literally dark skinned, is actually a compliment. If you call a Mexican woman a “morenita,” you are admiring her. This is what the Anglo reporters didn’t get when they reported in outrage on the elder Bushes referring to their Jeb grandchildren as “morenitos.” It was an affectionate, admiring reference, not a racist slur.

Seems like a bigger insult to whites. Brown is “it” now, and white ain’t no mo’.

The shirts were probably made in China.They certainly weren't made in Mexico... their workforce is all over here.
