Yes, the tribes - the former Saddam loyalists among them - are finally starting to fight with us as apposed to against us.

It has dawned on them that we are actually here to help them and al Qaeda and the Mahdi Army do not have Iraq's best interests at heart.

This is actually a much bigger development than is being portrayed in the media. (Imagine that!)
