The reason this incident is able to be covered by the press as a minor horseplay incident is because, by law , as there are minors involved - basically, it can’t be discussed.
Some of the girls were very disturbed.
The mother of the one boy reminds me of Cindy Sheeehan. Plus, she smmells money! So does the “big city” lawyer she hired - he was on the radio today...
Maybe they should put the video of it on uTube.
Sounds like she has reason to embellish then. I don't trust most people whose first reaction is to sue.
Your posts are still cryptic. If you have information that is different than what we are hearing from the boys and their families and through the press, please say what it is. You are leading us to believe this was a serious sexual assault but are giving no information.
It looks to me like the Oregonian has seen the case file (link), and I see nothing to indicate it was anywhere near to what you are suggesting:
