That case was dismissed for “speedy trial” issues, probably because the courts are choked up with stupid cases like this where 13 yo boys are charged with felonies for playing grab-ass.

From what I saw ....despite the rapist being able to speak English, in fact he had gone to college here, the judge decided to go along with the defense attorney’s request to have an interpreter, and then dismissed the case when the interpreters couldn’t stand to listen to what the guy had done.

Far as I’m concerned it was way worse than a speedy trial issue. It is a BAD judge issue.
