Thank you Bill and Hillary Clinton for demanding translators be made available in court rooms, hospitals, class rooms, prison and on and on ad nauseum.

This is all discretionary, and could have been reversed by George W. Bush at any time within the past six and a half years.

This "blame Clinton" stuff is getting very old.

You’re correct, however, this law did happen on the Clinton watch...........and Bush could/should do something about it were it not for it’s popularity with the politically correct Teacher’s Unions.
