He’s like the evil cousin of that rainbow wig guy you see at every sporting event.

I haven't see that freak at any sporting event in at least 20 years. But between '75 and '85 he was seemingly everywhere.

The Rainbow Man is currently serving three life sentences for kidnapping.
We probably won’t be seeing him at any more NFL games.
