The mission IS set by the President, but is carried out by the Generals who are THERE on the SCENE and who have the TRAINING, and KNOWLEDGE that most American's don't have. We LISTEN to what the Generals say because they know what they NEED to carry out the MISSION that was given TO them.

Mr. Obama - say you work for a mechanic. Your job is to fix a car. Your mission assigned you is to diagnose and fix the car. You are given a preliminary set of tools to diagnose the problem. When you get into the repair, you find additional problems - your boss in the shop says - no, you have to finish up with what you have and get out (even if the problem isn't fixed, or the problem is now worse because the engine is taken apart).... Or does your boss count on your training, experience, and knowledge to tell him what you need to fix it (additional parts, labor, time)?

Obama - just keep opening your mouth - because every time you do, you prove to the American people that you ARE NOT qualified to be POTUS...
