That is true, what is really sad is that I don't think the man has enough brains to know the number of temporary worker programs that are on the books and the number of people allowed to work under these programs.
I will truly be happy the day he leaves office and I deeply regret having voted for him.

When Bush makes statements like this he loses what little credibility he had left.
