There are illegal aliens from all over the world. The rest of Latin America is about a quarter of the total, but there are illegal aliens from Asia (particularly China and the Philippines), Europe (particularly eastern Europe), and Africa.Exactly...so why do I have to press 1 for English? And the only other option is Spanish??? What that means is there are either a lot more Hispanics than you are suggesting or they are pandering to only one group of immigrants ..."everyone has to speak English....except Mexicans..."

I would suggest it is to create a sub-class of people and that subclass is only Hispanics....
