There is an on demand feature that you can use in the middle of the night that will work well for you. http://www.wor710.com. Click on Steve’s pic and you will find the previous days 3 hours as 3 seperate clips to play or podcast.
My sleep is very irratic so I understand.

Thanks for the link. Next time I am up all nite, I’ll try it as c2c drives me up the wall and that seems to be all my radio gets after 1 a.m.
