What a joke. Grand Kleagle Robert Byrd of the KKK was probably involved in more than 1 execution. Wonder how many people were lynched under his supervision. Lest we forget - this creature sent a letter to then president Truman after WW2 demanding that black and white solders be segregated after they returned home from the front.
