Yah, the physical fence is better in that sense. Actual hurdle regardless of attitude towards enforcement.

A simple 8’ fence would do just fine...U just have to have it backed up by sensor detonated claymores on our side... pointed south.....Plenty of warning signs in foreign languages...Ill design it for free...Could have it operational in 6 months...
