Various health issues (mold? walking pneumonia? I have no clue, I just know I can't breathe) got between me and making the drive.
Thanks for the follow-up.
Here's info on Mr. Riddick who decided to temporarily abdicate during the meeting:

Did anybody get to mention the incredibly unprofessional behavior of the city attorney? Evidently Pishko is a piece of work -- the kind of lawyer who explains the joke about what happens when you give a lawyer viagra -- he just gets taller.
When Chet was speaking, Mr. Fishco was distracted and began talking to the gentlemen on his right. Chet, understandably so, raised his voice and said something like, “I am speaking to YOU! Mr. Fishco.” VCDL had a good, orderly turnout and it made me proud to be an American.
One other bad deal was a young black man who open carries and has been accosted, arrested twice in the downtown area during the day. As one person said, the Norfolk police are equal opportunity offenders.
This will be an expensive lesson for our inept city council and police department. FOIA requests taking months instead of the 5 days required bny law, etc.
