Neal is being an idiot here. The only rational definition of a cult is "a religion I don't like."

It's easy for anybody to say that any religion other than their own is a "cult".
However last time I checked we live in a nation that guarantees and protects freedom of religion, and tolerance of different beliefs is a hallmark of that virtue.
