No.

Not all cultures are equal. Not all religions are equal. Some need to be suppressed.

It's not the religions, it's the criminal behaviors such as human sacrifice that need to be suppressed - and severely punished.

Religion is about beliefs. Any belief (even liberalism!) is tolerable and harmless, because a belief is comprised of thoughts and words.

But going beyond words and harmless rituals - to sticks, stones, etc. which break bones - is obviously unacceptable. Civil law such as ours must override religious "belief" (actually actions committed in the name of belief) when it comes to human rights (such as the right to be free from physical assault)

If you are not trying to advance Islam by all means at your disposal (i.e. Jihad), you aren’t a very good Muslim. Islam is pretty specific. Believers are to fight the infidel until they convert, are subdued and pay the jizyah, or, until they are dead.
