The British are so barbaric. They no longer have the death penalty to make sure trash like this is no longer around to threaten or bother anyone.

You'd think the rights of the other prisoners would be something they'd be concerned with. No prisoner wants to be trapped in a hole in the wall with a puke like this one.

In the US prison system the “honor code” of the criminal class doesn’t look too kindly on rapists, murderers of innocent women or sexual molesters of children. Justice is sometimes meted out by other criminals and it is final. Does England have the same situation?
