Good luck with Akamai. They have their own spyware/adware scattered across the net and don’t respond (or at least haven’t responded) to complaints.

In fact Akamai shut the terrorist website that they were hosting when I and some other freepers contacted them yesterday. This "was" the website that they hosted before they shut it down earlier today.
