I would like to draw your attention to section 48 of the Canadian Human Rights Act which allows the parties to settle a complaint in the course of investigation. I would be pleased to discuss the possibility of a settlement with you or your representative at any time. Damn...is it just me or does this sound like the Canadian government is trying to strong arm Free Dominion into paying off the complainer?

Yeah, it sounds like an extortion scheme similar to what the ACLU runs here in the US.

Is the Reverend Jack-sunnnnn a suspect? Sounds like a shakedown, or is that simply an obligatory offer to settle that must be made even if there is no intent? Remember what Auric Goldfinger said
