What is Tommy’s conservative rating?Governors do not have ACU ratings like Congresscritters do. His major claim to fame is being the father of welfare reform. He's pro life and pro gun rights but I'm sure Wisconsinites can fill you in more.

Not sure, he has never served in Congress.
But as Governor, he led the way on innovative welfare reform and helped to dramically reduce crime.
