She hid them in the fireplace. Several cold winters ago. All evidence is long gone. They should have beat her to Vince Foster's office... there might have been some dirt there, but a felon's wife got in and cleaned up the crime scene before there was a chance to catch her/them.
Nobody's been able to catch those clowns yet, and now they've had years to bury files and people containing any shreds of evidence.
