Good luck collecting girlie. The very idea of suing Al Qaeda is downright stupid.
The idea of suing al-Qaeda's financiers and brokers isn't. These guys need money for their weapons, transport, training, propoganda, and bribes to local officials, and they don't get that money from the trees. How much effort has the US put into shutting down Saudi financing and Pakistani brokering of the money for these terrorists?

The theory may not be but the practice is just plain stupid. Who are they going to subpoena to appear, bin Laden, al Zawahiri?
