This is why I have stated that we need to drastically cut our taxes and take the power away from these people that just give our money away. They give it to non-existing organization, they give it to other countries, they take federal tax money and give it to cities like San Franfreeco to build a park, they give, give, give without our permission. Their power is in the money. Take it away from them. We need to spend money on our military, Social Security, Medicare, our Federal Highway system. The rest can be handled by the individual states. We also need to cut the salaries of Congress until their approval rate with the American people is 51% or greater.

the organization does exist, at least as far as this update is concerned. it falls under an umbrella organization run by a Murtha donor (to the tune of $7000)

From the article (at the bottom):

UPDATE: I failed to report last night that a certificate filed with the requested funds says the money is actually earmarked to Concurrent Technologies Corporation, a nonprofit technological consulting firm. A brief search of campaign finance records shows CTC President and CEO Daniel R. DeVos, of alternately Central City and Johnstown, Pa. has contributed $7,000 to Murtha’s reelection campaign since April 2002.
