Totalization Agreement: Both Mexico and the United States tax foriegn income but also allow credits for taxes paid - what both countries are doing is combining INFORMATION so they know who is working and where. Simply put, it is an agreement between two nations with the principal goal of eliminating dual Social Security coverage and taxation. We have totalization agreements with over 20 countries, I haven't heard any complaints about them yet. The Hayworth amendment you mention is to prohibit payment inconsistent with the law...i.e., illegal aliens...another good thing.

NAFTA Highway: Most of the cites you have on that have the word "National" as in "U.S.", this does not affect sovereignty. They specifically lists the US States.

Hydrogeologic characterization, mapping, and modeling program for priority transboundary aquifers, and for other purposes: Ummmm...I bet you are one of the ones screaming about a border fence. If so, these are important factors that need to be considered when building such a massive fence. Why did you even put this on the list? It's basically an environmental impact study,nothing nefarious there, especially since Bush gave Chertoff the power to waive any environmental obstacles to the fence.

Migration by businesses is a business decision made by the companies themselves, it has more to do with their financial bottom line than NAFTA.

Again...what is the problem with this? From the text:

Directs the Secretary to report to the appropriate congressional committees every six months regarding: (1) security, cargo security, and the movement of goods; (2) border infrastructure and wait times; (3) security clearances and document integrity; (4) immigration and visa management; (5) visa policy coordination and immigration security; (6) North American visitor overstay program; (7) terrorist watch lists; (8) money laundering, income tax evasion, currency smuggling, and alien smuggling; (9) counterterrorism programs; (10) law enforcement cooperation; (11) biosecurity cooperation; (12) protection against nuclear and radiological threats; (13) emergency management cooperation; (14) cooperative energy policy; and (15) feasibility of a common external tariff and development assistance with Mexico.

With this type of cooperation from Mexico, we will all be safer. And the Ginny Brown-Waite amendment you reference limits the funding for this...that's good, not bad. Same with the King amendment, it limits funding.

North American Investment Fund Act:If you think Cornyn is a NWOer, you are more paranoid than I think. Again, from the text:

(1) increase the global economic competitiveness of North America; (2) promote economic development in Mexico in the areas of infrastructure, education, technology, and job training; and (3) reduce the wealth gap between Mexico and Canada, and between Mexico and the United States.
This is actually a provision to buffer the NAFTA impact and improving Mexico's economy would result in less illegal immigration. It also includes "conditions on U.S. and Canadian contributions based upon revenue measures to be taken by Mexico", basically "do the right things with the funding or we cut you off".

I don't know why you include some of these in here, there is nothing wrong with this.

I think what you are doing is that every time Mexico or Canada is mentioned in relation to legislation, you are reading more into it than is there. For the life of me, I don't understand why you even listed some of these things and why you are so paranoid about them.
