Do you have any evidence that a FOIA request was refused? If so, on what grounds was it refused? Is there a court case pending? Lots of wonderful things happen when one actually supports declarative statements such as "They refused."

Lots more wonderful than what happens when someone responds, "the information is out there, look it up yourself."
