Isn’t the Panama operation the one where the Navy SEALS parachuted into the ocean where they drown? Was their ever a reason found for those SEAL’s to be jumped into the drink?

I think you’re thinking of Grenada where 4 parachuted into rough seas. In Panama they lost several SEALs when their position on the airport tarmac was compromised.
