I understand how you feel. There is no intent to “mock” you or Judaism. Herein lies the quandary: As Christians we believe that there is a literal Heaven and Hell and only those that receive Christ as Lord and Savior will enter the kingdom of Heaven. Those that don’t will spend eternity in Hell. This is what God has revealed through scripture. SOOOOOOOOOOOO... It TRULY is out of LOVE for ALL of humanity that I (I will not speak for other Christians) share what I believe to be the truth. Jesus COMMANDS us to share the gospel with all. Since I believe with all my being that this is true, what kind of person would I be if did not share this with others and try to engage them in conversation? To use an analogy, it would be like me seeing the bus coming and NOT warning the guy in the middle of the street to get out of the way.

Unfortunately, as I can understand, others feel I am mocking their beliefs etc. Truly, truly that is not what is in my heart. Hope you have a better understanding of where I am coming from.

Interesting and concerning, thanks for posting. It does seem that the Arab world is aware and used days significant to Jews in their planning.

It also seems to me that the rhetoric is heating up and the blindness and outright hostility to Israel is increasing.

Ian Fleming sold the rights to “Casino Royale” and “Thunderball” before whole series was considered for production

When no deal could be made on Casino Royale the owners did the Woody Allen parody to make a few bucks and to scuttle the James Bond movies

Casino Royale was recently remade and MGM now owns the rights to all the films that have been made

By the 3rd 007 film they had grossed more in a movie than Michael Moore did in “Farenheit 911”

Early Bond films were made for under 1-4 miilion dollars and had all 007 huge gross sales and profits

Only a few had a dip in gross

One because one dumb actor announced he would only make one film (poor legal contract work by the producer’s attorneys) and one of Roger Moore’s Bong film dropped in gross but his next films were back up there

They had a formula and worked it - a few detours on theme songs/singers/scripts/plots - then more back on track

The only comparable sucess record is by Disney and Disney has not been consistent

james Bond films might be compared to Elvis Presley, his songs, his popularity still

The producers tried to get Frank Sinatra to sing “Fly Me To The Moon” for “Moonraker”

One track song used in a Roger Moore Bond film was the opening theme from “The Magnificent Seven”

Nancy Sinatra sang the theme for “You Only Live Twice” in the 5th 007 film

Eventually Sintra’s estate did allow Clint Eastwood to use “Fly Me To The Moon” in “Space Cowboys”
