If you are Al Qaeda in Iraq, all it takes now is a phone call, and you get turned into pink mist. And if by some chance you get away, the eyes in the sky follow you and you still get turned into pink mist. That has to be pretty demoralizing.

There is no AlQaeda, only Islam, which is a snake with many heads. You cut off one and another one comes in its place.
There is no difference from the Mujahideens from or in Egypt, Bosnia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Saudi, Chechnya, or even Kosovo. It is all part of the Islamic Jihad. Militant Islam is the organization, not AlQaeda.

An unmanned aerial vehicle observed persons leaving the house, loading injured individuals into a sedan and fleeing the scene. An AH-64 Apache helicopter engaged the sedan destroying it.
Three people were observed running from the meeting house to a nearby house.
A U.S. Air Force F16 Fighting Falcon dropped two 500-pound GPS-guided bombs on the second house.
This begs for some background music. Something cheery, like maybe the Cars' "Hello Again." Or maybe something a little darker. "Enter Sandman"...

I would say those Islamo-facists have had a really bad hair day! When your hair gets burned off your head and body parts, chances are you ain’t gonna want make bad anymore-if you live through it, that is....I’ll bet their lil’ turbans got toasted too! Great story.

Right. Did those people in the 2nd house have ACLU lawyers provided for them before the strike?

Id be interested in knowing how our boys are getting this info about the whereabouts of the bad guys. Well if you happen to find out be sure to not go anywhere near the offices of CNN or The NY Times as I am sure they would love to tell the World (right after they finish up the stories on any collateral damages resulting from this strike.)

Just another OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE we will never see in the old media,at the same time our Senate "leaders" carry on a stunt to encourage our enemies, those who seek to kill our Troops and us.

I'm impressed. That means they identified the house, checked to coordinates on a map, loaded those coordinates on the bomb (maybe in flight) and blew them up real good. It takes a pretty amazing command and control infrastructure to make that sort of integrated operation work. You're right: it is very impressive.

Remember back in the late 80's when the USN was testing a rocket boosted shell ti be fired from the 16" guns of the New Jersey, before she was mothballed. I read at the time that the maximum range was 75-100 miles, and it put about 65% of the earth's population within range. Can you imagine if they had a GPS guided version of that...??
What to Tomahawks cost?..$1 mill+ each.. you could get 1,000 of these rocket shells for a BB...and the cost differential would pay the bill to refit the ship..
