He HAD a fence and still let him run wild at night?????

He would keep the dog behind the fence during the day and let it roam around the house at night. One time it took exception to me taking out the trash. I got my pump bb-gun, pumped it about 7 times and shot him in the chest. He went home unhappy. After complaining to my neighbor about it, he puts it behind the fence 27/7. Then the barking started. I didn't want to complain again, so I bought the Dog Silencer Pro. Good thing it comes with an AC adapter, because during the first week, the dog wore out 3, 9 volt batteries on it. Now I keep it plugged in all the time. It also has a remote control.
