If they were serious about reducing CO^2, they would outlaw the brewing & fermenting of beer, liquor, and wines; that would solve the drunk driving & alcohol abuse problem, too...

...baking with yeast would go, too; no more yeast breads and donuts; that tackles the “obesity epidemic” as well...

...and if they drained those beloved wetlands and disease laden swamps, why not only megatons of methane would no longer be created, but skeeter born diseases would be delt a severe blow.

The bottom line is that CO2 is not a problem in the atmosphere.

Nature has provided us with the most efficient carbon based fuels. We simply refuse to develop them.

The oceans are Huge moderating carbon sinks that will keep the atmosphere in balance.

I’d like to see us off of OPEC dependance.
Ethanol is a stupid answer, that ties agriculture and food prices to energy.
Lets get us some shale oil and tap the gulf and anwr
